ROOTED was born from a shared vision: to help women move beyond fragmented wellness advice and return to the rhythm of their own bodies.

We wanted to create a space where your biology leads, not the trends — a space that feels less like a program and more like a village, rooted in evidence, lived experience, and the deep knowing that women need a different approach.

Because the truth is, women have been left out of the conversation for far too long. Our cycles, hormones, and physiology don’t fit the 24-hour model most health advice is built on. And the result? Women doing everything “right” — yet still exhausted, anxious, bloated, or burnt out.

In ROOTED, she focuses on the core foundations that make the biggest impact — nutrition, sleep, blood sugar balance, and cycle syncing — supporting women to feel empowered, understood, and cared for every step of the way.

This is the guidance she wishes she had when she was deep in burnout and hormone challenges, feeling like she was losing herself.

Aneta  is a multi-passionate creator, mindset coach, mother, and entrepreneur devoted to helping women return to their bodies, their truth, and their power.

Her work is where science meets soul — rooted in biohacking, nervous system regulation, and deep spiritual practice, all woven through the lived experience of motherhood and identity rebirth.
