Hey, I’m Karina, your Functional Nutrition Counselor. I want you to know I’ve got your back every step of the way.

My mission is to help busy individuals like you regain energy and thrive from the inside out through a holistic, root-cause approach that focuses on functional nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I understand how it feels to be overwhelmed by health challenges—when you know something’s wrong but can’t find the answers. It was the same for me. After being diagnosed with gestational diabetes, burnout, and hypothyroidism, I left the doctor’s office feeling more confused than empowered. But it was the wake-up call I never thought I needed to take responsibility for my health. I dove deep into functional nutrition, learned to listen to my body, and began making connections that led me to lasting change.

Through this journey, I learned to look beyond symptoms and diagnoses and discovered that true health isn’t just about what you eat. That’s why my approach includes a thorough health history and swimming upstream to look for clues of why those symptoms and diagnoses showed up in the first place. I look at nutrition and hydration, but also sleep, stress, movement, and much more. These elements are all intertwined and contribute to a thriving, wholesome life. But most importantly, I believe that health is personal, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I’m here to guide you through discovering what works for you—so you can feel energized, balanced, and in control of your life.
