60-minute 1:1 session
Written summary with general guidelines

This is also a good way for us to get to know each other and see if working together longer term feels like a fit.

1:1 Support Container

For women ready to go deeper.

This is where the real work happens. Not a generic plan, not a list of things to eliminate — a personalised, root-cause approach built around your health history, your symptoms, your labs, and your life. We work together over time because that’s what it actually takes to shift patterns that have been building for years.

Available as a 3-month or 6-month container, depending on where you are and how much support you need.


3-Month Container


A focused container for women ready to understand what’s going on in their body and start making real, lasting changes.

What’s included:


Full health intake form
Session 1: Initial Assessment (60 min) — a comprehensive review of your health history, lifestyle, and labs
Food, mood, and bowel journal analysis
Session 2: Nutrition & Lifestyle Counseling (60 min) — your personalised action plan and targeted recommendations
3 monthly follow-up sessions (45-60 min each)
Email support between sessions

6-Month Container


Everything in the 3-month, with more time, more depth, and more space for your body to actually respond. Ideal if your symptoms are complex, long-standing, or you know you do better with a longer runway.

Full payment at booking, or 2 instalments — first at booking, second 30 days in.

Life keeps moving after we finish working together. This session is here for when you want to check in, look at new labs, navigate a seasonal shift, or fine-tune something that’s changed. 60 minutes, as needed.
